Training Dates
A new round of Equipping Youth Ministry Leaders trainings has been scheduled to take place in the Nebraska Synod. The topic is Youth Ministry Events as Faith Formation: Part Three…Processing Events and Connecting to Daily Life. At each training there will also be very important information shared on the 2012 ELCA Youth Gathering.
- March 8, 2012 at Carol Joy Holling Center near Ashland from 12:30-3:30 pm
- May 31, 2012 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Elkhorn from 1:00-4:00 pm
- Other locations and dates to be determined.
Please register online if you would like to attend one of these trainings. Any person working with youth ministry, paid or volunteer, is welcome to attend these events. You didn’t have to attend any prior trainings to attend this spring.

Youth ministry webinars are also being offered through the ELCA Youth Ministry Network. They are on a variety of topics, from “Lutheran Theology: How God is Working in the World” to “Leading a Small Group”. These webinars are free and can be watched live or downloaded and watched at a later time. Check out these webinars at the ELCA Youth Ministry Network website.
