Want the important facts about preparing for the 2012 ELCA Youth Gathering? Here they are:

Event Date: July 18-22, 2012
Participants: Youth entering 9th Grade in Fall 2012 through High School 2012 Graduates
Registration Fee: $315 per person
Youth to Adult Ratio: Ideal is 5 to 1, minimum is 10 to 1, one adult for each gender
Age of Adult Leaders: Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the Gathering
Registration: Opens Sunday, October 9, 2011 at 1 PM Central Time online at the Gathering website
Deposit: $150 (non-refundable, sent immediately after registration)
Payment: Must be paid-in-full before arrival in New Orleans (by May 26, 2012)
