Transportation

The Nebraska Synod will not arrange travel for groups to get to New Orleans for the ELCA Youth Gathering but can connect congregations to fill buses if needed.  Please email Amy Wagner for more information.

The following charter bus quotes are  from Tim Ferguson at High Point and 963 Missions:

1. Omaha Departure–Arrow Stage Lines of Omaha, 56 passenger bus, includes driver lodging & up to 50 miles shuttling.  Cost=$8,950
2. Norfolk Departure–Arrow Stage Lines of Omaha, 56 passenger bus, includes driver lodging & up to 50 miles shuttling.  Cost=$9,850
3. Grand Island Departure–Arrow Stage Lines of Omaha, 56 passenger bus, includes driver lodging & up to 50 miles shuttling.  Cost= $9,650 
The prices quoted include taxes and lodging for the driver in New Orleans, so this would be a total cost for a BASIC round trip from Nebraska to New Orleans.
