Registration

Middle School Gathering registration materials are ready to go!

This year for the first time we will be asking mission centers to register their participants online.  Please follow these steps to make registration as efficient as possible:

  1. Print and complete a Registration Form for each participant (youth and adults).
  2. The youth ministry leader should complete the online registration using the information on the hard copy registration forms
  3. REGISTRATION TIP #1:  The youth ministry leader will complete their initial registration information, THEN he/she will see an “Add Guest” button.  Add the youth and other adults as guests, THEN finish adding the rest of the information for the youth ministry leader.
  4. REGISTRATION TIP #2:  When the youth ministry leader clicks the last button to finish registration, he/she will receive an e-mail confirmation.  Please save that e-mail, because it will contain a confirmation number to use to update registrations online.  The link to update registrations is also on that e-mail.
  5. REGISTRATION TIP #3:  If the youth ministry leader needs to return to the registration page to register more people, click on the link in the confirmation e-mail, go to “My Registration” then “Modify” then enter his/her confirmation number then click “OK”  then click “Add Guest.”
  6. A REGISTRATION HELP LINE is available!  Please call Sharon Miley at 402-896-5311 if you have any questions.
  7. Send in ONE check per congregation for registration fees along with a Group Payment & Information Form.
  8. The youth ministry leader should bring the hard copy registration forms to the Middle School Gathering for use in case of emergency.
  9. Print, complete and send in a Volunteer Screening Form for each ADULT attending by December 1, 2011.

Registration fees & deadlines:
  • Early Bird Registration (Now – October 31):  $40
  • Regular Registration (November 1 – November 30):  $50
  • Late Registration (December 1 – 9):  $60
  • Registration Deadline:  December 9
  • Requests for refunds will only be honored if received in writing at the Synod office and postmarked by November 24.
